Acoustic Energy AE1 KR 20 Speaker Stands are designed for Stand mount speakers and book shelf speakers which require a speaker stand support to position the listening experience to the perfect height of our customers requirements. Acoustic Energy AE1 KR 20 Speaker stands also need to provide a rigid, fully isolating platform for the speaker cabinet to operate to the maximum performance possible. This can be achieved not only by the integrity of the Acoustic Energy AE1 KR 20 speaker stands design, but the number of supporting columns, rigidity is critical to the performance. The engineering incorporated in to the design, such as the type and number of fixings or the built in specialist acoustic steel intra isolation or the quality and thickness of materials involved, they all have an important role in the performance of the speaker.
The Acoustic Energy AE KR 20 speaker stands designed and manufactured by Custom Design provide the perfect, rigid, isolating solution for speaker cabinets. When speaker cabinets resonate the best possible isolation points are the corners, which is why Custom Design provide an optional standard range of top plate dimensions and also provide a custom made service so our customers achieve the best possible listening experience and sound performance from their HiFi system.
The central column are manufactured from ERW BS EN 10305-3 steel, which can be easily mass loaded with our unique specialist dampening, void dissipating non magnetic material, Inert Filler. The 4 satellite columns combine to provide a totally rigid speaker stand support. The performance improvements are substantial, especially to the dynamic range which seems more open and free compared to conventional central, mass loaded designs. Stereo imaging and precision timing bring more excitement to your listening experience all with an accurate and controlled bass performance. The satellite support columns are available in fine texture Black or White finish. Including full laser precision cut, hand finished 4mm acoustic steel isolation top plates and 4mm CR4 oiled and pickled steel base plates for a superior quality finish. Designed on the open frame principle to have the minimal effect on the performance of your speakers. The unique 5 column design provide a totally rigid isolating platform and solid foundation for our customers who demand a more exciting and dynamic performance from their speakers.

The centre support column can be mass loaded with our Inert Filler. The unique design includes a 4mm Acoustic steel full top plate and precision laser cut 4mm base plate with a discrete radius front edge, which combine to provide an isolated and rigid frame speaker stand support with the ability to control and fine tune the bass frequency by mass loading the centre column with only Custom Design Inert Filler.
